Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Y Stiwdio requires at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- No-shows (failure to be present at the agreed appointment time) will be charged the full service fee.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
- We accept cash, card, and bank transfer payments.
- No upfront payment or booking fee is required.
